There is a feature to "Ripple", which moves the balance of the captions. I have done two now. The Music video took about 20 minutes or less, because of the import feature that allows you to import transcripts and lyrics, for a "draft" version. And it seems like I cannot backup at all while playing the video. I gave up. Wow. Captioning was really hard to do.
