Ok, I got some help from the Tube Captions. There is a feature to "Ripple", which moves the balance of the captions.

I have done two now. The Music video took about 20 minutes or less, because of the import feature that allows you to import transcripts and lyrics, for a "draft" version.

The R-rated Tropical Thunder trailer that mentions "Simple Jack" and some of the uses of the "r-word".

and

One of the "Requested Videos" James Blunt, "You're Beautiful"

Wow. Captioning was really hard to do.
I transcribed and then imported

http://www.tubecaption.com/watch?v=cQ_XZiXDGPw&vcId=156

Since I needed to move the third section back, the rest of the captions would have had to be moved, and I would have had to run it backwards.
And it seems like I cannot backup at all while playing the video.

I gave up.
