I love at the last scene on that show when deaf mother was bitching to Lynette like it’s her fault. Heh.

I’m not sure if I like the idea of the daughter interpeting or cussing like that. To me that’s too much.

It’s cool to have a deaf person to be on the show. But… I just lost little interested watching that show because of just using seldom asl and use lipread. Bad idea to have young kid(s) to interpreting for adult(s) with bad languages.

The hearing lady needs to tell MM that her husband was talkin shit behind her back . That would have saved the friendship.

Just want to inform you that it is improper to use daughter as interpreter. That is child abuse. Deaf mother should’ve brought an “adult” interpreter as proper, or at least she should write paper or computer to communite with hearing parent.

Hope this show should not be broadcast.

I’ve seen a few posts regarding the little girl interpreting. I think it was mostly used for comedic purposes. This is desperate housewives and they’re notorious for pushing a certain limit..I thought it was funny & I don’t think they intended to offend anyone or promote the use of child interpreters in anyway.

I think it’s great Marlee is portraying edgy, humorous characters. It shows her lighter side & deafness doesn’t have to always be dramatic or serious. It’s only a small part of a person and I think these types of roles emphasize that.

Wow! that was NOT cool at all about the daughter being interpreter for her mother using the foul language. I would not want to use any child as the interpreter for any adult.
Thank you for showing this.

Im a deaf mother of 2 adult hearing sons and one step daughter. I would never in my wildest dreams using my kids for interpreter during young children especially using foul language. Yes that is child abuse for sure. No child should have this burden. We need more asl in shows.

I seen that your role of charactered is quite as well as filming that actions are supposedly be alike an example of what the vision was there. Knew that it’s more play the big part of characteristic and big challenge to sharing their thoughts and wonders is how they do alike what we have compared to what the world is alike that too. I have more opportunity to add some of good hints but I have to hold back till they be heard and be speak up about it better to make us understands better about their the best of situation that has ever heard of good ones… Wished them the best of luck and have free to say something about what to have the word to say about it… Just ask anything you have the word to say about this message….stay peace out and be glad your word to know this..
